My family came into town for Thanksgiving which was so great!  Caleb certainly got spoiled by his grandparents, aunt, uncles and great-grandma!  It was weird having a baby in the family, but yet, it was natural.  Growing up you always dream about the day you get married, the day you have kids, etc, but when these days actually come, it is a strange feeling.  You almost feel like you should pinch yourself to make sure it is all real.  Well, this Thanksgiving was certainly a holiday to remember.  The holidays from here on out will certainly continue to be memorable!

Jarred's best friends Kyle and Matt came to visit us for a weekend in good 'ol Albuquerque.  We had such a good time hanging out and catching up in person.  I especially enjoyed watching the guys interact with Caleb.  Both Kyle and Matt will be such good dads, but in the meantime, they are great "uncles" to baby Caleb.  Caleb is going to be so spoiled having such good, God-loving people in his life.

This is the cutest picture yet of Caleb!  Jarred just laughed at me, dressing the little man up.  So great!  Caleb is getting so big which is fun.  Everyday he is smiling more, making more baby noises and sleeping better at night.  He has been getting about 4-5 hours of straight sleep in the night which is so huge for me.  I woke up one morning after getting 5 straight hours of sleep and just couldn't believe it.  I told Jarred that I hadn't slept 5 hours straight in....and he answered "6 weeks."  Then the next day of course, Caleb went through a growth spurt and was eating every 2 hours, so waking up in the night every two hours for 2 days and 2 nights.  That was rough, to say the least.  Now, he is back to sleeping 4-5 hours straight, so I am getting more restful sleep.

Bath Time

My husband works all day, then comes home and truly does a ton.  He is either working on our endless projects on the house, or helping me out with Caleb.  He is such an incredible dad!  I love this picture.  I went to get myself ready for bed before I fed Caleb; I was gone for maybe minutes and this is what I came out to find.....

Visit with the Johnson's

Tripp introducing Hadley to her potential future husband Caleb. :)  Who knows, but we would love to be "officially" related to Tripp and Carly.  They are already like family to us.

We are truly blessed to have such good friends.  It will be hard moving to Ohio, but somehow the Air Force keeps bringing us back together.
